How it Works *It PAYS to be a member* Membership is $35.00 Annually* Members enjoy FREE Delivery & NO Recurring Packaging charges!!! NON-MEMBERS must be home at time of delivery! For Service you MUST Read & Agree to our Policies & Terms!!! Membership - Call, fax, email, or mail a completed membership application. Membership application is also available online. An annual fee of $35.00 will be invoiced on your first order to get you started. Members then place a Standing Produce Box Order for delivery every week or every other week. Kula Fields offers 3 different fruit & vegetable bins as options for a standing order. Delivery Bins - Your first order will be delivered in one of our 14-gallon plastic bins with an insulated thermal liner & reusable ice pack. The day of your next scheduled delivery, simply, leave the bin you received from your first delivery outside for us to pick up. Our delivery driver will give you a new bin with your order. This system is environmentally friendly! Recycle & Re-use! Specialty Grocery Items - Kula Fields offers specialty grocery items from various farmers & artisans from the islands. Members can choose to add several different specialty items to their standing produce bin orders. For a list of our current grocery offerings please call us. Non-members will incur a $7.00 Delivery Charge each & every time Scheduled Delivery Day - A scheduled delivery day is assigned to each member depending on which area they live. We currently serve South, Central, North Shore & Upcountry areas of Maui. A Kula Fields employee will contact you to confirm your delivery day. Businesses are welcome as drop-off locations. Changing or Adding to an Order - All orders are due by 10PM on the Sunday before your scheduled delivery day. Feel free to call us to change your produce box order or add any specialty grocery items. This lead time is necessary to make sure the items you request are available. Skipping an Order - Don't worry about going on vacation for a couple of weeks. Enjoy! Just phone or email us by 10PM the Sunday before your next scheduled delivery to cancel & reschedule. Food Likes & Dislikes - If there is a produce item that you absolutely love or just plain hate...give us a call & we will work with you. Payment Options - Kula Fields accepts cash, E-checks, credit, & debit cards as forms of payment. You can also set us up as a recurring payment through your bank's Bill Payment System. Inquire at your bank for more details on that. Members will pay before or at the time of delivery service. Credit cards on file will be processed within 24 hrs. of scheduled delivery. No Payment...No Delivery!!! *$35 fee covers our member account set-up, account maintenance & reusable bin & insulated liner usage fees. Should your bin or insulated liner get lost or damaged you will be charged an additional $18 replacement fee. |
